We really like the way this cooler fits into our kitchen renovations. It is integrated into an island and looks and works great!! The LEDS are also a nice touch. We had an issue to work through and customer service for NEWAIR is excellent. They took care of things promptly that gave me the added impression NEWAIR will stand behind a product that we already liked.

I would recommend this to a friend!

Error code F1 on 2 different units -

Bought the firs unit in April '21. It gave the dreaded error F1 in June of 22, just over a year old. Newair support provided a refurb replacement for us at shipping cost. The replacement unit gave the F1 error after 1 month. Newair will not provide support to repair or replace the new unit. Apparently the F1 error is related to the main circuit board and they cannot get replacements, which is why they offered to send a refurb unit. 2 broken units in 16 months means I will probably not be purchasing anything from newair again.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor customer service and temperature holding

The first unit I received was dented and when I was not satisfied with the product they denied me a return because it was outside of the 30 days of purchase for the dented unit not the second one. Very poor customer service. Also the refrigerator does not hold it temperature well and is quite loud. Avoid.

NewAir 24' Premium Beverage Fridge

Absolutely what one expects for a beverage center. We have had ours for almost 3 weeks. We used their 'no interest' financing for purchase and had them shipowners m Large capacity, easy to adjust shelves. Craftsmanship is obviously of high quality. We really like the lighting that has multiple colors and modes for how/when the lights are on. We read some comments about the temperature not being cold enough but our experience has been very cold drinks. It doesn't take any time having the door open to see the 'current' temperature indication move up from 37 degrees as it is set in our case; but this is natural for any refrigerator to do that when the door is opened and the air escapes. This is not anything that is wrong with the unit. So it looks good. Does the job you want it to. And tack on the value price point for such a well built appliance which is just topping on the cake. We just love our NewAir Beverage Fridge. And highly recommend that you check their products out before making your choice. You won't be disappointed.
