Poor customer service and temperature holding

The first unit I received was dented and when I was not satisfied with the product they denied me a return because it was outside of the 30 days of purchase for the dented unit not the second one. Very poor customer service. Also the refrigerator does not hold it temperature well and is quite loud. Avoid.

The fridge looks nice and has a premium feel. It holds temperature well and is quiet. Review would be 5 starts, except the lights flicker when you open the door and it makes a clicking noise from condensation on the inside of the unit. Fortunately, I have communicated with Newair customer support, and they were very responsive and willing to replace the fridge with a new unit. Can't ask for anything more than that - a company that will stand by its products and will act quickly to make sure customers are satisfied. Thank you!

I would buy again

We bought the 24 inch under the counter model with the stainless glass front. I liked the blue light at night in the kitchen and we started drinking LOTS more water because there was always a cold bottle visible through the window that always looked inviting. Had an issue with an error code that but as soon as i called customer service, they were set up a ticket and got me started on how to fix the problem.
I would recommend this to a friend!

F1 Code - Bought in March 2021

We have had it for only since March 2021 and today I opened it and it was beeping and showing a F1 in the display. The Beverage cooler was not cooling.

We really like the way this cooler fits into our kitchen renovations. It is integrated into an island and looks and works great!! The LEDS are also a nice touch. We had an issue to work through and customer service for NEWAIR is excellent. They took care of things promptly that gave me the added impression NEWAIR will stand behind a product that we already liked.

Great Customer Service

We have had this fridge for 3 months - it has been great! Great size, value for the money, etc. It started beeping with an error yesterday and is no longer maintaining it's temperature. I contacted customer service - very easy to reach and communicate with via chat function on website - and unfortunately there is a wiring issue. The unit needs to be replaced (which obviously is a huge headache in most instances but things happen) but I have to say the customer service is 5 star. They got necessary info and are making the exchange process as easy as it possibly could be. Based on this experience we would highly recommend purchasing from this company and will very, very likely be repeat customers!

This fridge is stunning! The stainless steel finish goes with any space. I also love the color changing lights. We set our to turn on when we open the door and it's such a fun surprise. The lock is a nice feature to keep your beverages safe. I am a big fan!
