So Disappointed!

I was so excited to use my new Electrolux Washer and Dryer. We recently finished the construction of our new home and our contractor just installed our appliances. While drying my 3rd load of laundry, I heard a sound like a gun going off. Clothing had wrapped around the end of longer arm inside the dryer. The pressure caused the arm to separate partly from the drum and the dryer is now making a ticking sound. Contacted Frigidaire - they sent out an "authorized" repairman that told me "I usually don't work on these" - yay! He said it warranty so he will replace the whole drum. Part is not in stock and has to ship directly from vendor 3-4 weeks. He told me to call if I have not heard from him in 3 weeks. Nothing like having a brand new appliance that doesn't work! :( FYI - when I called Frigidaire to get the someone out to look at it - I asked her if she has had calls about this happening to others - and she has. Product defect?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought almost a year ago and still happy with it. Wife has said it seems to take a little longer to dry the clothes than our old maytag machine. I think she is getting more used to it now.

And I love the instant refresh, especially when I’m busy and can’t quite get to the laundry as soon as it’s finished. I should’ve purchased sooner!

Love all the features

Best combo ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got our Electrolux front loaders a couple months ago, we have 3 toddlers stuck at home and have been playing in the sandbox, dirt, spaghetti, cherries. Every time we start a load it quietly takes off and is perfectly prepared for the next step. All of our clothes are cleaned and really reduces our spend on getting new clothes. Not a drop left after spin cycles and perfectly dry and

Easy to use product

Love the features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this and washer about 3 months ago and really enjoy using it. The clothes come out dry and fresh. Love the ability to set how I want the loads to some out. If I have one issue, it would be the filter is a little awkward as you have to open it to remove lint etc.
