Excellent Performance

The dryer is only about 2 months old so I can't comment on long term reliability, but so far our results have been outstanding. The steam works great and eliminates the need for a lot of ironing. Instant refresh is works great. We find that the normal dry works best almost all the time. Towels on the towel setting (max dry) seemed too dry and scratchy. Delicates set at 'Less dry' worked well for a down comforter.
The sound at the end of the cycle is very low and can't be heard unless we're in the basement. This is the only thing I would suggest improving

BEST WASHER DRYER EVER!

This is our second set purchase! We loved it dooo much for our home we bought the same set w some updated features for our summerhone! It washes great, very quiet and very efficient too! Love the settings Snd verry easy to operate! Will only buy this brand washer/dryer again!!

Clothes get stuck in the front loading door

Clothes get stuck in the front loading door during the dry cycle and the clothes that get stuck don't get dry and end up all wrinkly. Then you have to set a time dry and the minimum option is 30 minutes. Not great flexibility.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi, priskilly. This can happen if the load is very small. For delicate or very small loads, add two or three similar items to improve tumbling action. If additional drying time is needed, please keep in mind you do have an 18-minute cycle. ~ Brandi

We love this washer and dryer!!!

We recently sold our house and the buyers put in the contract to keep our Electrolux Washer and Dryer that we had less than 2 years. So of course we had to buy another set of Electrolux washer and dryers and we love this set as much as we loved the first set. The perfect steam function is so very helpful. Both are easy to use, run quietly and have many selections to choose from. The Titanium color is beautiful. This set has such a good look to it.. So glad I had my mind made up to buy Electrolux again because my washer at my new house sets on the right side of the dryer so the doors had to be reversed. The salesman said the only washer on the market that has the capability to reverse the door is the Electrolux. Thank you Electrolux!!

The dryer is nice. However, the lint compartment is large and sometimes the clothes that are drying fall on the lint compartment and stay there for the entire drying cycle! And of course they become a wrinkled mess. For the money I paid for this dryer, I am surprised this passed inspection!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi, Margy! I can imagine your concern. To help this issue, try adding a few heavier items to the load. Small or delicate loads can pile up and adding a few heavier items can improve the tumbling action. ~ Brandi
