I am not happy

Washer and dryer front load came with new home. It worked perfectly for 2 days. Came home from work on the 3rd day, it is lopsided causing it to spin and bump around loudly, sounds like the back of the machine is open (pulls water loudly and clucks and bangs), open door chimes stopped working.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We recently purchased a new washer and drier. We were looking at a competitors set, but the sales person asked to show us the Electrolux set, not only did it save us money but seems to be better in many ways. The drier is amazing it gets cloths dry fast. the washer is quite and gets the job done.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good features, but stopped working after 2 weeks.

Nice drier features and easy to use when working. After 2 weeks of use, stopped working. Runs for 20 seconds and then displays a 'F1' error code. Owners manual has no info about the problem error codes so cannot diagnose with out a professional to service. Warranty service call set up for later this week. Need better qulaity control for components, 2 weeks way too soon to have a problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi, xyz1! I regret to hear that you are getting an error message on your dryer. The F1 error means the ventilation is blocked. Please check the lint filter, exhaust duct, and exhaust vent for any blockage and clear it. ~ Brandi

I needed a new washer a few years ago and purchased an Electrolux (I thought they just made vacuums)! My clothes were SO much cleaner and I really liked the washer. I recently moved and needed new appliances. There was no question...I bought the same model washer and matching dryer. Great appliances!

Since we are senior citizens, we thought it was necessary to move our washer and dryer to the main floor of the house. We had a very limited space for a washer and dryer on the first floor of our home. We had been researching several brand, online, at big box stores, etc. and then went to an local appliance store who compared many of the brands available. We had not considered an Electrolux pair as we didn't know they offered laundry appliances. The ratings were very good, the dimensions were what we needed for the area we had. Also, there was a 3 year warranty on these items. The other models were for one year. Its only been 2 weeks that we have been using them. The clothes come out clean with less water required and the dryer has many options to choose from and we are completely satisfied with them.

I bought this dryer a month ago and it has been terrific. The installation went very smooth and quick. We stacked our pair it they are still quite and easy to use. The steam function is amazing, no more ironing for days.
