I legit received this speaker 7 days ago and hooked it up. Came home from work today to listen to music and it doesn’t work. Power is on, everything is connected correctly, was working fine before, now it won’t produce sound. I’m really upset.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're sorry to hear about what happened. Here are some troubleshooting steps:
1. Please check the light indicator on the back of your subwoofer. Please make sure that the power switch is in an On position. (When the LED is showing a blue light, this means that the sub is turned on. On the other hand, if the LED shows a red light, it means that is on Standby.
2. If the power switch is in Auto position, the sub will always be on Standby. It will just automatically turn on when an audio signal is detected from the amp/receiver. It will then return back to standby mode when no audio signal is detected after approx. 10 minutes.
3. Please make sure that you are directly plugging the unit into a power outlet and not using any power extensions/surge protectors.
4. We would like you to check the connection that you have with your amplifier/receiver. It depends if you are using an LFE cable or RCA Y-adapter cable. If possible, it could also be that this powered subwoofer is not receiving any signals from the receiver. Please try to use a different receiver.

Not working. No reason a sub should not work. Blue power LED on. All inputs result in no sound. Would not buy again.
