I've had my Q for about 7 years now. I use it year round. I love it. I've already replaced the grill, burner, and igniter with no problem. Can't be happier.

I am basically happy with this product as a barbque, but I could get the igniter to work. I put in a new battery and that was not the problem. I having to light it with a firestarter.

This is our second 3200. Would have saved much money if I was able to replace the burner and manifold after seven years. I am too old to do such. All the rest of the unit was still in great condition. BBQ 5 days a week on it.The new one will outlast me. Bought the new one Nov. 23.
