This is a superb grill. Super easy to put together and use. Cooks quickly, evenly and doesn’t dry meats. Great for roasted veggies or fruit. Mine is used year-round and properly maintained is still like new. Worth the money even though I thought it was a bit pricey .

everything sticks to the grill grate. tried oiling the grate before cooking, oiling the food before cooking. no luck yet.
