This is my second Weber Grill. The only reason why I am buying this one is because I have the other to a friend of mine. Simple to clean and easy to replace parts of needed. Customer Service is fantastic. I spoke with Miguel and he was on the ball with my order.

I have the same Weber Grill in Montana that I purchased over 5 years ago & liked it so much I bought the same one for Florida. It is like having a grill and oven in one; it will maintain temperature to cook through and I can also sear the meat a steak perfectly. I have owned a number of grills and this is certainly the best. My son bought the same one and loved it. Unfortunately Weber no longer makes the cover that fits the Q 3200 with the side panels down. If you do let me know & I will buy one.
