The grill went together well but I’ve been having problems getting the grill to light. It will only light up half of the burner.

This is an outstanding grill. It cooks everything perfectly, it is easy to clean and care for, parts are plentiful when I need them, the grates are nice and tight so food doesn't fall through... My only complaint is portability. There are only 2 wheels, and it is really hard to move. Hard to grab and lift.
I was hoping for better portability, but the grill itself is great.
