I upgraded from a small one to a larger one about a year ago. The only issue I have with this grill is the burner. After using it for six months, the burners get clogged and not working properly. The same thing happened to our first grill too. I was very disappointed since I like this grill a lot.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Had this BBQ for 2 years now and it is amazing.big enough for family BBQs.heats up fast and maintains temperature.love doing Saturday night hockey game wings on it.
We bought this bbq a month ago and we are amazed at the surface space it has. It's easy to replace the drip pan. Indirect cooking is amazing. Also purchased the flat surface grill and just recently tried it and love it too!
I would recommend this to a friend!

We've had this grill for ten years or more, and I don't expect to ever buy a new one. Unlike the big-box-store grills I've bought in the past that lasted maybe two or three years, this one is just plain solid and keeps on cooking. We use it year round, winter and summer. It sits on the deck without a cover, and I scoop snow off it when I clear snow from the deck. This thing still looks pretty much like new on the outside.
We're not very good about cleaning the grates, and they are starting to deteriorate. I might spring for a new pair next year and try to be more contentious about cleaning them in the future. The burners are still in good shape. But if they start to break down, I'll replace them instead of getting a new grill. We haven't needed to replace any parts yet, but all parts can be replaced if and when needed...a lot cheaper than buying a new grill.
When looking at the compact size of the grill on the outside, the cooking capacity on the inside is surprising. We've only used it to capacity when my wife hosts her book club, and she grills food for ten to twelve people.
Bought the Q3200 one month ago. It exceeded all expectations: fires up immediately,, keeps a steady heat, cleans easily and well. Side trays are strong and well placed. Can’t wait to use it for the next outdoor cooked mean.
Great grill. Has excellent flexibility. My space is as limited and it fits nicely on my patio. The middle burner is great for cooking steaks or for getting the temperature up quickly. I use this in addition to a smoker that I also use.. I would buy this again.
