Had a natural gas one for 5 years. Loved it. Moved to Fl. Had to purchase a propane one. Really like it. However the new updated style light has water leakage issues---the last one did, as well. Weber is replacing the light but I have expectation that it will stand the test of time. Still love the grill and an installed floodlamp really makes the Weber lamp pretty unimportant. Also there is a design problem not previously experienced. Rain water somehow fills the drippings collection pan and my patio is getting stained. Did not previously have this problem with thenatural gas Q3200!

Hi! Thanks for being a long time Weber fan! We are sorry to hear about the trouble with your Q. We have reached out to you via email to help keep your grill protected from the elements. Thanks!
I have had this grill for 2 years. I still love it. Plenty of room for all of the meats I grill most. Make sure you clean the burner tube at least every 4-5 times you use it. Otherwise, the holes get plugged and the burner does not put out even heat.
I've had the grill for a couple of months now and am happy with it. However, I have to agree with others that it is pretty heavy to move around with only two wheels. It would be very much improved if it had four wheels.

Hi! We are glad to hear you are happy with your new Spirit II! To help move the grill, we recommend standing on the left side of the grill with the table in the up position and fully engaged. Then, lift the table straight up with both hands and you can move the grill like a wheelbarrow. If we can ever help you with anything else, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at reviews@weberstephen.com. Thanks!
This grill does it all. Love that it has an outer rim burner and a separate one across the middle. Can get just the right temperature that is needed. Sturdy and not too large. Easy to clean. My all time favorite is the light! No more using my phone!
If you're looking for a grill to handle food while monitoring this grill is great. However if you want indirect heat one one side you won't get it with this grill. The indirect heat is in the center of the overall element. Sure wish I could move food to one side n heat the other....not with this one! It's overall construction is solid but then they put this black flexible covering for the front...cheap looking and not stable. For what I paid, I'm a very disappointed customer! D = grade
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi! We are very sorry to hear about your disappointment with your new grill. Your feedback is appreciated, and we will pass your comments along to our design team. The indirect space on this grill would be the direct middle with the center burner off. We have reached out to you via email to offer you some tips for grilling indirect on your new Q. Thanks!
I was already familiar and happy with the Weber Q series and so when the model was enhanced with better temp control and depth I was all in. I can store this Q3200 in my garage and roll it out when using. I find this grill easy to cook on and retain the moisture in all meats. Grilling with the Q is not a chore; it is a true delight. My smaller Q grill? I kept it for tailgating. Win win in a big way.
I bought this for my FL home to put on the lanai.I am told grills don't last long near chlorine pools so this was a choice becasue it had more plastic. It doesn't have flavorizer bars which made me a little skeptical but the food I have cooked so far has been exceptional.
