We have a Webber Q 3200 as our outside grill for about four years now. It was an excellent grill in the beginning. Started easily and got to the right temp quickly. After about a year the porcelain on the iron grate cooking surfaces started to crack. I followed some Ruth Chris cooking methods of searing steaks at 500 degrees and I guess it was too much for the surface to handle. Now the surfaces are rusted out. Everything else is running fine. But the surfaces are unusable now. We have to cook at low temps and on foil.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi! We are sorry to hear about the cooking grates on your grill! We have reached out via email to help troubleshoot and get you grilling again. Thanks!
Love this grill! Perfect for all grilling you will do. Buy the griddle and cook breakfast outside all summer long. Follow direction and preheat grill and cooking will take no time. Will done burgers in 10mins. Drip pan makes easy clean of any run off. Pretty much a 3 burner grill and egg shape keep even heat all over grill.
I bought this grill for use at a summer cabin. It is great. The grates are easily removed for cleaning and the unit cooks wonderfully. The included cooking guide was very helpful and made for an easy first time use. The only downer is that the unit does not move around easily. It would probably be better if it had four rather than two wheels.
Only used a few times! This grill is very different from other grills but I am getting the hang of it. I would appreciate some recipes dedicated for this model.
