People should know that drip pan and drip pan holder both fill up with water every time it rains. When I called Weber about this ,I was given to solutions 1. Cover the grill after each use. 2. Put the grill in the garage after each use. What has happened to Weber. This is not the same high standard company I have bought from the last 30 years.

I ordered this grill and it arrived broken. After I returned it and ordered a replacement, the second one was broken in almost the same spot. The plastic on the cookbox piece was cracked in half. I will never order a Weber again.

Needs a better design

I purchased this grill exactly two years ago to the day and now I am having to replace it! It is only my wife and I and we grill out about once every two weeks and it has not been abused or used in any manner to which it was not designed, it has been kept covered up and sits on it's own wooden stand, has no contact with the ground! This was the first Weber grill that we owned ( and it was the shortest time of functioning of all the grills we've had in the years we have owned grills)!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

worst grill I've ever owned

I grew up on Weber grills and had both charcoal and gas grills for years. They were wonderful.
I downsize and move to a townhouse and bought his piece of junk It doesn't get hot. It clogs. I am disgusted with it. We are replacing it.

I'm not happy because I have not been able to register my grill. I reached out to support & was sent an email from Mansan M. who probably is not a real person, with no success! So, if you can help me register, I'll be happy to give a fair evaluation of the grill not your company's support team. My grill was a gift from the company I work for.

When you try to clean the grilling grates there isn't anywhere for the old food scrapping to go, the area where you grill food has TOO MANY flat surfaces, no openings, should have a regular grilling grates. Love that it is NOT metal down here in Florida. This page is not allowing me to upload a picture of the problem

Had to replace the regulator right out of the box… was supposed to overnight ship to me, but took 4 days DISAPPOINTING
