Summit grill was easy to assemble, hooked up easily, could improve instructions how the lighting knobs work, but figured it out, cooked superb chicken first night. Satisfied.

Bottom and left panels completely rusted out at six years old. My old gold c is 20 years old and still in good shape. Crazy for a grill that cost this much

We appreciate your feedback. We are so sorry to hear about the corrosion on your grill. This is not the experience we want our Weber fans to have. We are happy to help look into this further for you. Please look for our outreach soon. Thank you!

Natural gas. Burns hot. This grill does everything very well.
Grill is very nice. It is getting older and needs some replacement parts.
The web site for parts support is basically useless. Even when entering model number (which is not enough alone) and serial number (required if you want to get close). Then almost unreadable diagrams that are not well linked. It will take 20-30 minutes to get something ordered that should have been a few clicks IF YOU ARE LUCKY ENOUGHT THEY STILL MAKE IT FOR A CURRENT MODEL. You will endup at third parties where you don't know if it is OEM or poor quality third party parts. VERY POOR. I gave up when I couldn't get what I wanted all from one place. I will endup trying again soon. But I won't even start at Webers site.
I was unable to assemble the grill due to an injury. I enlisted my wife’s help and she got it together in no time. Did two compound butter stuffed rotisserie chickens within an hour of opening. Perfect.

There hasn't been another brand that has served me better than Weber. My Summit is awesome, and now it's time for routine burner maintenance which I am pleased to do. I'm a 365 griller, and these grills live outside and covered. When you buy a "lifetime" grill, you'll need to do maintenance, and should be pleased to do it. I love charcoaling, but the S-470 is go-to for quick lunches during work week, or bad weather days. I truly have no use for my oven.

Have had four different “quality” grills. Will be my 10th Christmas to have “Family” dinner. The rotisserie was a decision maker. I previously converted a different brand from propane to NatGas. The quality and durability make this my favorite. Loved charcoal, but the smoker box on this and never having to “run out” of fuel, (purchased the NatGas version) makes this an every day option. Yes, even in winter in Ohio.
