I bought this primarily to use for food scrap composting purposes. For example, orange and citrus rinds, bananas skins, etc. it does an amazingly good job. I wanted something that would be less intrusive on my counter than my large one. I’m pleased.

Amazing Chopper

I love it’s many wonderful characteristic, some of which are the fact that it is cordless and compact and can be moved to different places (which i continuously do) without having to have it plugged into an outlet but yet a big enough size to make many things. It charges really fast and the charge lasts along time. It is very powerful. The 4 cup capacity is also wonderful because you can make smaller or larger amounts in it. I use it to make my seasonings. Some times i like them chopped to different sizes and others i like them completely grinded and purée. Both work wonderful. This chopper does both perfectly. I have also used it to chop tomatoes and onions to make pico de gallo for snacks or small gatherings with my family. It is also wonderful for vegetables, cheeses, etc. You can make a full party combination of things with this wonderful chopper. I am in love with it and have used it pretty much every day since i got it. It is a very useful little chopper.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had some trouble getting this to work at first. There is a pin that needs to push down on another part so that the chopper can work. For some reason it was connect some how my hubby fixed it. Just be aware other than that it works well. I like that it’s cordless but I don’t like the charging times 30 minutes for 1 minute 45 seconds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like my mini Cuisinart Evolutionx cordless rechargeable chopper. The instructions are very clear on how long to wait until its fully charged to use. It explains how to stay safe with the blades and how to use it by locking the cover in place. The recipe booklet gives great tips for which foods work in it and techniques on preparation. I made salsa, chopping all my ingredients together it came out great, I love how much time it saves me from hand chopping. The chopper fits in my cupboard without taking up a lot of space. I will be recommending this mini-Cuisinart chopper to my friends and family.

is a compact chopper that is powerful, portable and convenient, Equipped with a 4-cup capacity work bowl and stainless steel blade. A cordless food chopper was more convenient than I thought. It is small, powerful, easy to clean, charged in 15 min. You just have to make sure the lid is locked into place properly for it to work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this EvolutionX Cordless Mini Chopper by Cuisinart. The directions are upfront and easy to understand. It came out of the box about 50% charged. It took less than an hour to fully charge. The chopper has blue led indicator lights to let you know the battery capacity. This makes chopping and/or grinding effortless. I was able to chop up and onion with no issues at all.
The lid must be closed, and locked into place in order for the chopper to work. I appreciate added safety feature as the blades are sharp. This mini chopper is more powerful than my full size food processor.. Its durable, and well made. The mini chopper far exceeded my expectations.

Love this little food processor! Just the right size for most everyday tasks and great for chopping nuts into pieces the right size for baking. Quick and easy to use and because it's rechargeable, there's no electrical cord to mess with when using it.
