I love it. I don't like that the time isn't illuminated and kinda wished the pod water reservoir had a window like the carafe reservoir does because I'm short and can barely see inside. But all in all I like it better than my k duo essentials this replaced. Especially the programmable feature.

Its nice but it would be better if it had a 4oz or 6oz setting. I didn't realize it did not have the smaller setting for single serve until after i bought it.

Brews coffee quickly and hot, but, (1) would help to have a window for the single serving reservoir to avoid overfilling/spillage out of the back (2) the clock/serving size window should be illuminated much the same as the buttons- difficult to see in the morning darkness.

I love my new coffee pot! I have used Keurig for several years. Now that I teach from home, I wanted a carafe option. I was using a pour over carafe, but had to warm the coffee for the successive cups. When I started having problems with my pod coffee pot, I started looking for a dual. This model had great reviews and it was the right price. competitor's. Only complaint is I can't put under my cabinet.
