Love being able to make a pot as well as single serve. However, I wish there was a clear view gauge on the single serve side. It isn’t easy to tell when you need to add water as the little water drop is not easily visible. Newer models appear to have this feature.

I love the ability to make a pot of coffee or just a cup. The programming of the hotplate and auto on for the mornings took a bit to master but the instructions are good. I do find that filling the Coffee Center with water to brew a pot is difficult. It is hard to pour the water from the carafe without spilling water all over and especially getting the last bit of water out of the pot. For reference, I am a shorter person yet don't think that matters much.

Don't get me wrong, i really like this coffee maker. However, it does have its problems. The single brew option is a challenge. If I use it, the underside where the coffee comes out leaks everywhere. I am really unhappy with that. Instead of one single steady stream, I get 4 and sometimes 5 streams. I dont believe its supposed to do this. I just havent had time to contact the company regarding this. The regular coffee carafe side does great. Maybe I just have a faulty coffeemaker. Nothings perfect, but this is really annoying.

This coffee center works well for my partner and me since we maintain different schedules. I program the coffee brewer to brew coffee for when I get up and he uses the single cup brewer since he gets up much earlier. The machine is easy to operate and to clean.C
