Love the flexibility this machine provides. There is no warming element under the pot so when using the pot the coffee will not stay warm very long.

I found the control panel not user friendly. The button lights made it difficult to see what button you were pressing. The clock doesnt have a backlight so you can't see the time in the dark. The K-Cup size was off, you press 8oz you got 10oz you press 10 you got 12. Water also leaked out of the K-Cup side tank. I returned it and went with another brand. It did make good tasting coffee.

This is my second one. First one lasted about 7 years. The spitting problem for the single serve is no longer there. They fixed that problem. It’s still a little hard to pour water in the main reservoir but not bad. Overall it works good.

Great tasting coffee. Just wish the water reservoir for the pod side held more water. I usually get 2 full size mugs out of one fill. However, there is a carafe side for more than one coffee drinker. Like how both reservoirs have a quality filter.

i learn by doing, so after making a bit of coffee and consulting the instruction manual I got the hang of it and i really like it. I originally picked this model because of the size, both height and width would fit in my limited space. The fact that it is also easy to operate and makes good coffee is a bonus.
