The brew side is good but the single cup side doesn’t hold very much water and needs a sight glass to see the level. Also on the single cup side there is a hole in the back and when you fill it too full it runs out all over the counter? Strange design.

I love this machine! it is the best of both worlds. My only negative is the water reservoir for the single cup, it isn't removable and only holds enough water for for 2 cups. Other than that. I highly recommend.
