A bit filmsy. Works ok.. but not impressed, the light lite you cant see the buttons. Words need to be lit too. The top of carafe is a pain to take off all the time. Cant see the water reservoir. Cheap plastic. Cheap looking.

The measurement of coffee is not accurate. When you use the single brew it goes over what ounces it specifies. For example a 12 ounce comes out a 14 ounce. This was consistent in the second machine I tried as well as for the 8 and 10 ounce selections. Also we found it very difficult to see how much water is in the single brew side. It was overfilled several times. Both problems caused spills!
