I absolutely love this machine. I have had two of the Cuisinart full-service coffee makers before, but it's a real game changer to have the option to use the single-serve side. I never thought my husband would want to use it, but he loves it too.

Only had a few weeks but so far have been very satisfied with it. We have been using the cafe side so far but will probably be using the single cup during the holidays. Love being able to utilize both café and single

Tried 5 different coffee brands. Each taste exactly the same. Brew too fast uses too much coffee and water doesnt obsorb the flavor of the coffee. My hamilton beach did a way better cup of coffee.

Irritating mistakes in coffee center appliance.

Should have an easier way to check water level for pods other than sticking your finger in the well. The water level indicator should be seen on the front, should not need to turn the whole machine around to be able to see it.. the pod control lights are blinding , cannot read what they say because of that.

I find it hard to start the caraf if it was set to auto start for a certain time. You wait for blinking, keep pushing buttons and its very frustrating. Clock is too dark to read
