The coffee maker works great. However, some improvements are needed such as a coffee strength, such as bold or strong. Secondly, add a site glass on the water fill side of the K-Pods. Orher than those two items, the coffee works great.

I love that this makes great hot hot coffee, easy to clean and works perfectly. It has an okay k-pod system, The smallest setting is 8 ounces so it’s missing the 6 ounce option which is my preferred amount. 8 ounces just makes very weak coffee. Overall, I absolutely love this coffee pot.

Easy to use. The only thing I would point out is the single size reservoir is small and I have to keep refilling the water. I like the that it has different brew size for the individual options for 8 oz, 10 oz and 12 oz. Other than that, it's been good. The clock display is nice and clear. The functionality is easy and it looks nice.

We love our new coffee maker, use it everyday!! Mostly use the carafe but love the option of the KC up. Carafe pours water nicely into reservoir, easy to use, and I use a Turkey baster to get extra water out of K cup reservoir because I’m ocd about water sitting in it for too long .
