It's a great coffee maker, and I like the added convenience of the one cup option.

Works very well and very easy to use; coffee and hot cocoa taste great- restaurant quality; also easy to use individual pods. Very happy with it.

I love this two in one machine! Sometimes a whole pot is needed, sometimes just one cup. It is hard to see how much water is in the single serve reservoir. Careful out it will pour out hole in back.

The brewer for the twelve cup is great. I am very disappointed with the single cup. It spits all over and the cup ends up with grounds in the coffee and grounds all over the inside. Not usable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have only used single serve so far but works great. Coffee is good. Unit itself is high quality.
