This is a great coffee maker! The ONLY complaint I have is that the clock needs to be lit. When you select the pod brew size, you can’t see the numbers without a flashlight on it.

Easy to use once we figured out operation. ;) Easy from then on. Looks attractive sitting out on confer top, too. Keeps coffee hot. Love the glass carafe.

I wanted one coffee make that did coffee pot brewing and KCups. I found this one online for a good price so I bought it. It works great and takes up less counter space.

I am SO happy I bought this coffee maker! It takes up a lot less space than my coffee maker AND "single cup" maker took up on my counter. The single brew is FAST and HOT and I love it. The carafe side makes delicious hot coffee and the entire thing is so easy to use!

Cafera lid is not hinged and must be removed to add water. Single serve water reservoir lid is not hinged and must be removed to add water. The hot plate does not keep coffee very hot.

Love this coffee maker, my only critique is the single pod water reservoir doesn’t allow you to see the water level. One time we had an overflow accident because of this, but we are more aware now. You can see the water level on the carafe side.

The carafe brew and single brew work. However I have an issue I consider a huge flaw in the design. When you are filling the water reservoir for the single brew you can't see how much you are filling it up. If you fill it up too much it pours out the hole in the back and that is the only way you know that you have filled it up! In my previous hamilton beach flexbrew there was a water meter on the side so you could see how much you were filling it up, just like there is a meter on the carafe side. It is a huge flaw as you need to fill the water reservoir regularly and just have to guess about when it is filled.
