The k cup will not brew without blowing coffee grounds down in cup very disappointed mostly the decaf however I’m going to contact company see if they can fix it
Works well & nice to have option of full ppt or one K-cup. It’s pretty compact for being a dual machine. As others have said, the LED light around the buttons make it hard to read each button. Also I’m not sure why the one cup side doesn’t have a clear window to determine how much water is in it. The reservoir is all dark which also makes it difficult to see the water level. Hopefully those two areas will change over time. Otherwise a do recommend it
Not the best coffee pot. To fill the water compartment with water, need to be careful because of the stuff in the middle. Should be able to use regular coffee for the one cup instead of just K-cup. I should have looked at the reviews before I bought.
I believe this one will be better than the other o

I had purchased a Cuisinart previously. Had a problem with the removal water container. This one is not removable I believe it will last longer then the other one did.
The carafe brew and single brew work. However I have an issue I consider a huge flaw in the design. When you are filling the water reservoir for the single brew you can't see how much you are filling it up. If you fill it up too much it pours out the hole in the back and that is the only way you know that you have filled it up! In my previous hamilton beach flexbrew there was a water meter on the side so you could see how much you were filling it up, just like there is a meter on the carafe side. It is a huge flaw as you need to fill the water reservoir regularly and just have to guess about when it is filled.
