Coffee maker works great, single serve (kcup) is very difficult to use.
There is no externally visible view of the water level so you have to look
over the top to see where the level is at. If your coffee maker is against the
wall or in a tight spot this is a real nuisance.

I had doubts regarding usefulness of pot and pod brew combo system, but it is actually working out quite well. Also much cheaper to operate than Tassimo system (died after 12 years) we were using. System easy to use. I had relatives visit recently and sent them quick video on how to brew a pod. The were able to use it with no issues.

I was surprised, considering the price, the clock is not illuminated. This little screen shows how large a cup is being brewed and when the unit should be cleaned. Also, there is no fill gauge for the single cup water tank.

Large pot side satisfactory. Brew fast and coffee hot Pod side terrible. You dont know how much water is in reserve. If you use for just hot water it has a terrible plastic taste. Also on large pot side it is hard to pour water in allotted space and grinds in coffee
