Instructions are improper. Single Brew light does not turn on and it takes too much time to program to the type of brew you select. Single brew would not turn on this morning. I have only used the carafe once and the single brew like 5 times. It takes way too long.

Great, but No See Thru Water Line for K-Cup Side

Overall I'm very satisfied with this coffee maker, BUT I wish the single cup side has a see thru water line to know when it had water and when it didn't.

I purchased this to replace the same type of Cuisinart coffee maker I bought 4 years ago. That one failed on the single cup side. I thought this one would be the same. It's not. The display is extremely hard to read and part of it did not work. The height for putting your single cup in is not as tall as my former one. And there is nothing on the single cup side to show you what the water level is. Rather than exchange it I just returned it as I did not like it.

I've been a long-time Cuisinart appliance user and love the coffeemaker. My only (small) complaint is that the lid has to be removed to add water to the carafe. An old coffeemaker we replaced had a lid with a hinge so we were spoiled. Otherwise, it is an excellent coffeemaker!
