[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thinkpad powers up fast, battery life is good, has worked great except for a graphic issue with some of the standard PowerPoint backgrounds. Some of these background will cause the graphic color to either go white, where there should be color, or add color randomly where there should be a white background. Not sure if it is a graphic card issue or a Microsoft issue. Thinkpad was purchased with Microsoft home and student.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Boots up quickly due to the SSD drive. Although the SSD drive is more expensive than the HDD, but the extra cost is worth the increase in read and write efficiency. I use my laptop for completing word processing, routine office tasks, and software development projects and I've been extremely pleased with it thus far.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my school-aged son. It’s easy to set up, durable and sturdy. It should last him a good while
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent product. Couldn’t be happier with the build quality. As usual Lenovo knocked it out of the park.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my new laptop! Upgraded systems & easy to navigate. Only negative is that you have to download & pay for Microsoft Office separately.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first laptop was a ThinkPad Lenovo-built IBM T60. There are several new features with the E15 that I like: awesome power and memory, touchscreen, backlit keyboard. I'm not a fan of the number pad added to the keyboard, and prefer the slightly smaller width for keypad and screen that would result if the number pad were eliminated. I do some online government work that will be a breeze with my new hardware/software.
