[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] so many problems unlike any other thinkpad... i have a 6-7 years old thinkpad which i feel is still better than this one... not they specs off course but general feel like material, keyboard quality, thumb scanner hardly ever worked for me/ i had to replace it with x1 7 gen which is little behind in specs but that feels like a thinkpad...

I am using this for online teaching and my small tax/accounting business. I transferred all my documents, files and programs and everything runs smooth! A few times though, I did have an issue where I would wake the computer up and the sign-in screen froze so I would have to force a restart. Other than that the computer is super easy to use, lightweight and fast!
