Everything works as it should & no glitches setting up & installing programs. I expect it to be reliable as has been my experience with all of our prior Lenovo laptops.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's fast, works well. I like the backlit keyboard option. Not sure I would have gotten it if I'd realized there was a number pad on the right side of the keyboard, so your typing hands need to be positioned to the left of the center of the screen. I don't use the trackball, so I'll have to figure out how to deactivate it.

A step below the workhorse business version but still runs very quickly for browsing and other simple tasks, and nothing about the build feels cheap. Hinge feels sturdy, and it has a good display; 15" makes a difference in how large the screen feels compared to 14".
