I love my new HP 14" Laptop. I had an older laptop that was at least 5 years old. It took forever to boot up in the morning and was heavy. My new laptop is very light to carry and is fast. When I had to restart my old laptop, it took forever for it to complete the process. This one takes less than a minute.

This company outsources building the computers to CHINA AND DOES NOT TELL YOU UPFRONT. I ordered this laptop to help grandkids with homeschool. It was promised in 3-6 days. It took almost a month to arrive FROM CHINA! That information is not revealed upfront.

It's fast it doesn't make a lot of noise and the sound is extremely well done my only real issue would be the screen kind of wish it was a bit better but other than that I can't complain you've earned yourself a value customer HP.
