I believe no one thought this out! Listen if there is no light on you can not use the keyboard on the HP Laptop with the pretty fatigue design. The keys are not shown in the dark. I know cause I purchased it and I have to have light on to type! I love my laptop but I can't do anything secretly...

If I stop working for a few minutes then try to continue what I was doing the screen freezes and I have to exit what I was doing and then bring it up again. I'm working remotely and this has caused so many problems that I'm using my ten year old laptop to work instead. Another issue I have with this computer is that the characters on the keyboard are so light that they can usually only be seen from certain angles. The slightest amount of glare from any light in the room makes my keyboard look blank. I honestly wish I hadn't bought this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
