Ice maker auger continues to break.

The ice auger keeps breaking, I have to replace it twice a year. I’m not a plastics engineer if there isn’t a resin capable of withholding cold temps you should use a different material. I found a piece of plastic in my glass.

LED lights have issue

In 2 years the LED lights inside the refrigerator have stopped working

GE Profile Counter Depth Side X Side Refrg/Freezer

I Love my GE Profile Refrigerator. It is very close to the one I bought in 2007. Unfortunately after my husband replaced just about everything that refrigerator would not cool down to 37 anymore. I was so happy to find this new one and went with the counter depth this time.
The one thing I will miss & Loved to use and show off was the Fluid ounces or cup measurements fill. I got a kick out of showing people I had it set & could push the button & it would fill to my desired ounces or cup settings. Don't know why this awesome feature is not longer offered in any of the GE Refrigerators. There is a competitor who offers it but wasn't as good of shelving set up as in the GE Profile. The full size also changed the tip out freezer door shelves that I also love. That is still in the Counter depth one. Just received it today and haven't even put anything in it yet until the refrigerator & freezer are settled into the tempature settings
