Great side by side counter depth refrigerator. I love the storage options inside the freezer. It is very quiet and has great features on the control panel.

Refrigerator is adequate. A couple of design comments: please make the ice and water dispenser able to accommodate Yeti-type water containers. It is quite short and difficult to get even tall glasses fully below the water dispenser. Please also make the front and back of the refrigerator wheeled and adjustable. It rests at an angle. This is also a noisy machine. Makes a lot of noises that take some getting used to.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi there - thank you very much for providing this feedback. We apologize that the dispenser is not large enough to accommodate Yeti-like water containers and that the unit itself is noisy. This must be very annoying and we can certainly understand your frustrations.
The good news to start, though, is that this refrigerator does have adjustable rollers. The roller adjusting screw is located behind the bottom grill on each side. Turn the roller adjusting screws clockwise to raise the refrigerator and counterclockwise to lower it (using a 3/8" hex socket or wrench, or an adjustable wrench). This will level the refrigerator. More information can be found page 34 of the owner's manual: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-1000470-1.pdf.
As for the noise, please keep in mind that newer refrigerators sound different from older refrigerators, as modern refrigerators have more features and use newer technology. Leveling the refrigerator will help reduce the noise level and you can review page 43 of the owner's manual (linked above) to make sure your unit is making normal operating sounds.

Too small!

I had a GE profile for almost 20 years that was about the same size but held much more food. The lighting and layout seem cramped. But, I love the filtered water feature.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

In general, very pleased - this replaced a very similar, but 20 year old GE that was "aging" not so gracefully. Elegant lines.

The fridge is very workable. No bending to get to the freezer. Accommodates everything we need in the freezer. Shelves are adjustable no matter the size. And of course compliments my kitchen

Holds very little

This came with our new house and I was very disappointed. It barely holds anything. Poorly designed in my estimation. Have had the 3 door French style for years with large fridge on top and freezer drawer on bottom. Wanted the builder to let me bring my fridge to new house but couldn’t. Holds no big platters etc and has a bar below one of the small shelves which makes it even harder to use that shelf.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
