So far so good!

This refrigerator replaces my previous GE Profile that has been moved to the garage. It was purchased 16 years ago and is still working well. We wanted a counter depth which is a little smaller inside to accommodate this feature. I really hope it lasts 16 years as well.

This was standard in a condo we purchased. It’s very nice, but I wouldn’t have purchased a side by side If I had a choice

THE GE REFRIGERATOR/FREEZER IS A FULLY FUNCTIONAL, STAINLESS STEEL SIDE BY SIDE APPLIANCE THAT MAKES MY KITCHEN COMPLETE. ITS EASY TO CLEAN, FULLY FUNCTIONAL AND BEAUTIFUL! THE WATER FILTER GIVES ME CONFIDENCE THAT MY FAMILY AND I ARE GETTING THE BEST FILTERED WATER AVAILABLE. IT'S ALSO QUIET AND COST EFFECTIVE.

Good Unit with some needed minor improvements.

Very nice unit with two smallish issues that could be improved..... 1) the unit rolls so easily that it moves sometimes when you open or close the door. 2) The door has a fully open and half open detent. The half open detent is so aggressive that a gentle push to close the door is sometime not successful and the door returns to half open.

Hello Shoeny - Thank you for your review. We are glad to hear that you like your new refrigerator. Due to the size of the doors and the strength of the door gaskets, it is possible that it may roll or move when one of the doors is opened. Since the rollers/wheels do not lock in place, it may help to place a piece of wood, a small wood wedge, or plastic furniture coaster (with felt on the bottom) under the wheels to prevent rolling.
