although this pattern is super cute, I've only had the case on my phone for a week and it's already peeling all over... definitely not the quality I paid for and I am very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had this case for 2 weeks and it is already cracked. I am very careful with my phone and it hasn’t had any big drops/etc. Just regular day to day use. It’s disappointing to pay the higher price for lower quality.

I have the white iPhone 12 and the case looks great! just like the pictures and seems like it'll be surprisingly scratch-resistant. I've owned Speck, Casemate, Lifeproof and other cases over the years but Sonix is my favorite. Best combination of lightweight, stylish, and protective. my only complaint is that the brown parts look a little cheap up close because it isn't really translucent like tortoise-shell on glasses would be, but that makes the case look more tortoise-shell on dark phones I guess since there's no bleed-through. (see the pic for how it looks basically the same on all the phone colors now)

I got this exact same case for my iPhone XR and it was a great, protective case. Although it got minor scratches, the surface of the case still felt nice and smooth. However, when I got this case for my iPhone 12, in less than three weeks, the back of the case is very scratched and feels rough just from everyday use (no drops). Disappointed :(
