Documents are clear and legible. The set-up was easy and very user-friendly. I have been a lifelong fan of Canon products for office products and this scanner continues to remind me why! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Canon imageFORMULA R50 Office Document Scanner is a wonderful addition to any work or home office. Right now, I am scanning all of last years receipts for tax purposes. This will be a life saver going forward and eliminate a lot of paper bins in my office. It was extremely to set up an the directions were detailed and easy to follow. The size of the scanner is great for a home office since it will be used less than your traditional printer. It sits over in the corner and fits neatly. The scanner is very quiet and can process thousands of documents a day. I highly recommend this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The image FORMULA R50 Office Document Scanner from Canon is simple to set up and easy to use. Designed for desktop use, it features a large color touchscreen to easily select scan destinations and access settings and shortcuts, and you can connect to your computer using the included Superspeed+ USB cable or through a Wi-Fi network. A 60-sheet automatic feeder automatically accepts documents up to 8.5 x 14", and a long document scanning mode enables scan sizes up to 8.5 x 118". For letter-size documents the scanner has a fast simplex scan speed of 40 ppm, and duplex scan speeds are an equally impressive 80 ipm.

Good for receipts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this as sample scanner. I have a business with a lot of receipts coming in everyday. It took a bit to set it up and still working out some small details. Getting the driver set up and also connecting it to the Cloud. Since my daughter is the computer wiz I turned it over to her to handle. She got it hook up with some tech support. Since she is the one who handles the receipts and she likes it. The next project is scanning a large batch of pictures. I would recommend this scanner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This scanner is perfect for our office. You can set it up to work with wifi or use a usb cable. It was very easy to setup and use. This scanner comes with so many great features. It scans quick and efficiently. It also has a nice sized touch screen menu. It scans both sides of a page at the same time and you can put up to 60 sheets in at a time to be scanned. Our last scanner would do one side at a time and it took so much longer. There are so many different types of documents and sizes that you can scan. One of the great features is being able to convert to pdf or jpg. We were using a website which wouldn’t always convert the documents correctly.

Easy to use and convenient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is so easy to set up and use. I like how I can choose where to send the scanned document (ex:google drive,etc). I like how I can choose whether to scan both sides or one side at once from the software on my computer. This is great to scan many papers. The product is not too big either so it doesn’t take as much room as a printer would take. The product design is simple and professional. It’s great for a home office or professional office.
