A Beautiful New Beginning

I live in an area where cable and fiber is impractical or simply nonexistent. 20 years ago my only options were Hughes Net satellite or Verizon ADSL . The encryption that Hughes Net uses is not compatible with my work VPN so the only option was ADSL. It was ok in the beginning because I transitioned from a 2400 baud modem to 1Mbps to 3Mbps…Whoopie! Time marched on and data transfers increased in size over the years and my satisfaction hit rock bottom when frequent outages became the norm.

It has worked very well for me, the app has an option to put the language in Spanish which I think is perfect, it is also very intuitive and easy to use

I wanted the netgear device in order to use my SIM card and transfer it to WiFi. The netgear device was simple to use, and the best bang for the buck.

This is by far one of the routers I have ever had the pleasure to use at home (and I have used the famous WRT54g with custom firmware). It has the right amount of custom advanced settings, mixed with a great App. The range is also great without needing "hundreds" of antennas. I surely recommended to any novice to expert user.
