Useless

Device required a SIM card that I could not acquire. I bought this after hurricane Ida devastated my parish. Services were down for a month, some area are STILL dark. Thanks, but NO THANKS.

This unit works great. Live in an area with no wired ISP, so it is a lifesaver. An initial overheating issue, but they replaced no problem under warranty.

Great for travel yet not ideal for desktop

Most devices easily connect via WiFi and fir this the hotspot is perfect. For desktop PC it’s more complicated. Tethering (via cable) works well but you’re limited to one pc. Some desktops connection with Wi-Fi is either much harder or impossible.
