I love the sash/neck adjustment design and the piece to hold a towel. But, when I made an apron in junior high Home Ec., our design included a little pocket in the middle of the chest. That would be a nice place to keep a fold-up instant read thermometer. I plan to make one from an old pair of black jeans.
