I've occasionally fumbled the mounting -- don't just let your phone slide over it, wait for the magnetic snap.
Not a negative, but do bear in mind that it's fairly tall -- the top of an iPhone 13 Pro will be about 8" off the surface of your desk when attached to this, so if you're moving from a Qi charger to this you might need to rearrange things a bit.

I only wished I could use double-stick tape on the bottom so it doesn't move around but the material just does not allow anything to stick to it but that's not a dealbreaker.
