Quality cookware

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] GreenPan offers great cookware including this top notch in quality, large sauté pan. As part of GreenPan’s new Rio collection, this sauté pan is teal in color, ceramic and nonstick. Because this sauté pan holds up to 5 quarts, it is a little heavier to cook with just using the pan’s long handle. As such, having the stubbed shorter handle on the opposite side of the pan makes using this pan a lot easier during cooking. This sauté pan seems to be of good quality and looks very durable for long term use in the years to come. I find myself using this pan more so than my other cookware for a few reasons. First, its larger capacity means I have less mess to clean up around the stove top in terms of spills or splashes. Secondly, this sauté pan comes with a glass top that covers the pan and is very convenient when I need to let things simmer on low heat for longer times. Also, this pan has been easy to hand clean. There aren’t hidden nooks where debris could collect making it hard to clean. I don’t machine wash my pots and pans. The exterior teal color still looks good as new after multiple uses and washes. There haven’t been an chips nor scratches to the enamel coloring. Performance wise, this pan heats well, cooks my food evenly, and is truly nonstick. My only drawback is the weight of the pan, it’s heavier so handling it isn’t as easy, however this was expected since I wanted a larger capacity 5 quart pan. Overall a great sauté pan and I highly recommend for those in need of higher capacity sauté pans with lids.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family loves the pans color! It is bold and fun. This pan is a definite must in the kitchen especially for a big family like mine! It is non stick and cooks quick with even heat through out. Cleaning the pan is effortless. I have only compliments for this pan. I find excuses to use this sauté pan. Another plus is the glass lid that is oven safe. I love being able to use one pan for the stove and the oven. It saves time and is less to clean! I highly recommend this item to everyone I am even giving one for Christmas.

Good For meal prep

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yes, very good for meal prep! I made enough fried rice to save and store in the freezer. I used a pat of butter to saute onions, beef strips and added the veggie rice. I did notice that the right side of the pan cooked faster than the rest of the food, again, no worries. I would recommend this nice no-stick pan. Just be sure to follow the instructions and use butter or oil and do not use any kind of non-stick spray.

I bought this pan about a month ago and ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. The nonstick surface is just wonderful, food slides right out. AND it's EXTREMELY easy to clean.
I bought it to try it out as I had tried several other brands of pans, but wasn't satisfied. This pan WOW, it far exceeded my expectations. Am planning on buying the entire collection now.

I've owned this pan for 3 months now. I wash it by hand only and it's still in perfect condition. I LOVE making food in this pan. Everything comes off easily. I've not yet put it in the oven though.
