I've owned this pan for 3 months now. I wash it by hand only and it's still in perfect condition. I LOVE making food in this pan. Everything comes off easily. I've not yet put it in the oven though.

We love cooking with our very large new collection of The Green Pan ~ Rio Ceramic non stick cookware. Cooks amazing, there are no issues what so ever. No need to use the high heat at all, works really well starting off with medium high heat, rice cooked alone or with meat cooks perfect and the eggs....excellent for sautéing and the list goes on

My wife has been using these everyday for a few weeks now and she is extremely happy with them. She followed the instructions to the letter (no higher than medium heat, no dishwasher, no abrasive cleaners) and every pan or pot has performed as intended and looks great. So much so, that I just ordered bakeware as well.

I truly love this pan. It is big enough to cook for me family of 7. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because the ceramic already has a chip in it even tho we are handling with extreme care. Unsure if it was there when we got it.
