We have used this grill pan many times and love it! It is great since there are only two of us and we don't have to fire up the grill every time we want to grill a couple of steaks or burgers. It also cleans up very easily.

Heavy duty pan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Larger than I was expecting, very solid. Love the straight sides, gives more cooking area than my sloped pans. Made naan bread, great grill marks, heated quickly, cooked evenly. Used very little oil, which is good for my cholesterol level.

Perfect grilling skillet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love to cook and this grilling skillet has replaced my cast iron for my go to for cook top grilling. It heats quickly, evenly and heats well. Sears perfectly and is super easy to clean. Also love being able to toss it in the oven to finish a dish. Chicken and pork chops and steaks are great in this skillet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this pan a couple weeks ago and I just love it so much!!! I find myself constantly looking for different things to cook with it. It's almost like having a grill in your kitchen. My favorite thing to cook on this Chatham Grill Pan is hamburgers. The pan is amazing, nothing sticks to it and it actually cleans super easy.

Great pan, one drawback

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to try this pan. I love grilled food, but hate pulling out the grill. This pan is so versatile. You can cook burgers, veggies, and even sandwiches. I love to toast the underside of my burger bun to give it that grilled look and taste. The one thing I don’t like about this pan is cleaning it. Although it is non-stick, you still have to scrub in between each of the grills to get it clean. Burgers are particularly hard to clean up,after. I’m just resigned to having a “well-seasoned” pan. But overall, great quality pan.
