I love my dutch oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this dutch oven. I have had it for a couple weeks and can't stop cooking in it. One pan dishes are a breeze in this thing. Nothing sticks, everything cooks evenly and fast. I will be getting more blue diamond products and recommending them to everyone I know.

It is not a high end product and so definitely feels a bit flimsier than more expensive ceramic options, but is works well and I cooked a beautiful pot of chili in it with no issue. Would recommend for someone who is looking for something relatively inexpensive but still functional and pretty.

The evenly cook what's inside the pot. And its perfect size for all different types of meals. And best part Very easy to clean. Ill definitely be buying more from this company in different sizes.

Great multi-use pan, easy to clean, cool handles

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Blue Diamond Big Batch pan is the perfect size for most all of my cooking. This pan is such high quality and I love that the top is glass and I can see inside while something is cooking so that I don’t overcook or have to keep removing the top to peak inside. The handles do not get hot so you can easily pickup the pan and use the strainer without having to get potholders out, which is so cumbersome. It’s easy to clean too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the look of this pot, the blue color with the glass lid looks amazing. I have to admit I don't like cooking that much because it's so time consuming. With this pot I was able to spend less time in the kitchen and more time enjoying the meal with my family. I made fried chicken and the oil heated up quicker and evenly, I finished about 15 minutes earlier that usual. The cleaning also takes less because nothing sticks to this pot so its less scrubbing I have to do. I haven't tried it in the oven yet, but its made to take heat up to 650° without the lid. After using and washing a few times it still looks brand new with no scratches on any surface. Extremely impressed with this Blue Diamond pot.

Great Addition to my Cookwear Collection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As our children have aged and gained more friends, we struggle to keep enough food in our house for the various drop in guests. I always try to have a soup, chili or sloppy joes available for my hungry guests.
I wanted a larger nonstick pot that kept the heat more like a cast iron skillet. The Big Batch combines the best aspects of cast iron combined with the easy cleaning and lightweight feel of my current cookwear.
The Big Batch sears meat to a golden brown. Cleans up with water and a nonabrasive sponge. Love the glass lid! I am very pleased and hope to purchase other pieces in the line.

Nice pot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this coating on the pot. I have cooked spaghetti in it and nothing stuck in the pot. I also used it to fry potato chips and it cleaned very well. The only issues is the handles get very hot when you are cooking.
