Everyday cooking pot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this pot almost everyday for cooking. I love the beautiful blue color and the sparkling details. The weight is great and the coating is very nice. I don’t need to add any oil while cooking because of the nonstick coating. I’ve used it to cook soup, stews, Chicken Alfredo and more.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Looks like a Dutch Oven!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I saw this product, I thought it was a Dutch Oven. When I picked it up, it was so light weight! Then I noticed it was teflon. I used it to make a batch of soup. Cooks well and evenly, and is very easy Clean up.

Good non-stick

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this pot for soup and pasta. It's a little difficult to tell the level of brownness on the bottom of the pan due to it being black. You definitely cannot brown butter in this thing because of how dark the inside is. The lid is only oven temp safe up to 350 degrees which is okay for most slow roasts in the oven, but still makes me a little nervous so I'd rather not bake the lid and melt the plastic handle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Blue Diamond - Big Batch Dutch Oven is a truly remarkable product; it is fast becoming my favorite pan. I do a lot of cooking and I have never liked the non-stick pans, always preferred stainless steel but this pan really changed my view. unlike most non-stick pans the coating does not flake off and it is so easy and simple to clean. I use it for all my soups and sauces my only complaint, I wish it were bigger. It is truly the workhorse of my kitchen ensemble. If you're in the market to upgrade your pots and pans or starting out anew you can't go wrong with Blue Diamond.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this pot. The nonstick is amazing and if something does stick it comes right off. No soaking over night nonsense. My only complain is that the handles get very hot and you have to use the oven gloves. Also I've never really owned a full on glass lid that didn't have the metal strip around it. It slides all over the place on the pot and I fear that one of these days I am not going to put it on right and it's just going to fall and shatter. But I do like that the lid feels very heavy and sturdy and well made. Overall...I don't think it's a bad pot. I would still Recommend.
