[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this pan for the most part. One thing that I dislike about this pan would be that the handles get very very hot. The non stick surface works great and even burnt sugar and spices didn’t stick. There are screws in the handles so that also helps when washing, no food stuck. Over all I love this pan!! I love how light weight it is and how well it works (nonstick). I was shocked how light it was, didn’t think there was a pan in the box. :) would buy more Blue Diamond products!

Better than my crock pot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A modern day upgrade for the traditional cast iron crock pot. This pot is lighter and non stick , but holds/dissipates heat as good as any cast iron. I have used this pot for stews, roasts, soups, and big batch side dishes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the blue diamond big batch pot from tryit sampling for my honest review. It is very durable and sturdy, but also lightweight. Cooks everything evenly and is very easy to clean. You can use it in the oven, fridge, dishwasher and stove. What you can use and make with this pot is amazing. We have used it everyday since we received it. It's large capacity makes cooking even large items simple. I really like the lid too. It's clear and easy to see how everything is cooking and it's also shaped to be able to create more room. Highly satisfied.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very pleased with this pan. It is good size and I have no issues with sticking. I love that the lid is full glass so there isn't a lip for food to get stuck in. The pan seems to be made of quality materials. Everything I have cooked has cleaned out like a dream. I will be purchasing the full set soon. It is great and I am very happy with it. I also love the dark blue color!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my “Big Batch” about a month ago. Up to this point, I am extremely happy with it. What I feel makes this pot so special is the idea that it will take a lot to scratch its surface. It’s no fun when your pots begin losing their cooking surface due to using cooking utensils that are not compatible. With “Big Batch,” that is not a concern.

It is easy to clean and store.
I especially like the clear see through too so I can watch my dish while I am cooking. The handles are beautifully designed and easy to hold on to and are comfortable. The pot handle top is also easy to grasp and durable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Big Batch pot is wonderful! I love the fact that it is much lighter than the average dutch oven but still just as effective. I've made a stew, soup, seared meat and it was great! The glass lid top is a wonderful feature to peek in on the progress without opening. It cleans easily and dries just as quickly. Looking forward to making many more meals.
