Versatile Dutch Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Blue Diamond dutch oven. It's the perfect combination of a slow cook crock pot and a skillet. When I cook meals for my family, I want something that will allow me to prep and cook in a single pot. This oven is the answer. The non-stick coating allows me to sauté delicate vegetables and garlic evenly without burning them. I can pre-cook chicken and stew beef perfectly and the add all of my ingredients to make a tasty stew. The handles on the side are sturdy and the see-through lid allow me to keep an eye on what I'm cooking. This dutch oven is my new go-to item in my kitchen. I love it!!!

Light weight pot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Big Batch Pot with lid are a good combination for cooking. The pot is lightweight and of sufficient size to cook a meal for an average family. It has a smooth finish and is non-stick. The lid fits well and allows for slow simmer cooking. The pot and lid clean up easily.

Best pot I've ever owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Big Batch Pot has been the best Pot I've ever owned. I've boiled eggs and potatoes on the stove and cooked a meat loaf in the oven. Only thing that I don't like is the handles get really hot even on the stove. I burnt myself. Best pot I've ever owned

Big pot for a big family!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We're a family of 7 that often have extra people at dinner so large pits and pans are a must! I picked this pot because I'd didn't only look like it would fit our needs, but it's so pretty in the inside! The blue diamond color shimmers and is absolutely gorgeous. Anyway, this pot has stood up to our families needs with no chips, or wear in the coating. It allows us to large batches of anything (rice, mashed potatoes, veggies, pasta, soups, stews, ECT) to feed our small army plus more. We love it.

Great size for family meals

Since we obtained the big batch blue diamond that task hs been made a whole lot easier. The pot is easy to clean, conducts heat evenly and looks good too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven’t used it as a Dutch oven yet, which is the reason I bought it. I did use it to make au jus for French dips. It seemed to mostly heat/boil at the sides, but not in the middle - doesn’t seem to consistently heat all over. The handles get ridiculously hot. It says it is dishwasher safe, but it is highly recommended to hand wash. Lifetime warranty on the pot, but only 2 year on the non-stick.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
