Beautiful to display

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look of this pot right out of the box. The lid is entirely made out of glass except for the knob. It has a beautiful shimmer on the inside of the pot. It goes beautifully with the rest of my kitchen. I couldn’t wait to cook with this. The first thing I tried was rice, why not. Let’s see if it’s really nonstick. It was indeed nonstick, but I grabbed the pot handle to stir it and burnt my hand. I honestly didn’t expect the handles to be so hot, it seems that the heat travels VERY well. If you learn from my mistake you’ll be just fine! I expect to use this pot quite a bit, just with a potholder next time.

Great pot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this a week ago and made a few stews and soups in it. I made a korean soy sauce braised chicken in which you use starchy noodles. The pot held up well and did not have any noodles stick to the bottom at all. Clean up was also super simple

Lightweight Pot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I so amazed by how The Big Bach Pot is so lightweight. I got it because i need something deep enough to do my soups and stews in my house. Is been good since i use it. Is easy to clean, is healthy and non toxin material, surprisingly non stick, is like cooking on air. The big bach have a dark blue coat and a glass lid. Can be use on top of the stove or in the oven.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks for this pot. Cooked collards in the pot over the weekend. Came out totally perfect. Couldn't be a better pot than all my other cheap pots in the house. Will be cooking in it daily. Gotta find a set of this brand soon.

fine cookware

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i want a cookware which needed less maintenance so i found Blue Diamond when i started cooing it uses less oil in cooking , easy to clean ,safe for dish washer , i was glad to have it in my kitchen , but the problem which i face is its, both handles , they are sturdy but metal one, so they get hot and while cooking you cannot handle them with naked hands, but like my habit i always try to hold one handle and stir my dish and get my hands burn so this is very annoying, rest is very nice.

I liked the fact that it distributes heat evenly and cooks whatever food is in it. I look forward to preparing more meals in it! I love it!

This is my first blue diamond product and im in love with it already! Maybe this means i will be cooking more often! Love my new cookware.
